Your mission
- Change Strategy: Advise clients on analyzing change situations and designing and implementing change management initiatives and communication measures as part of complex digitalization and transformation initiatives. This ranges from individual business units to the digital transformation of entire business models.
- Responsibility Area: Take charge of planning and developing change management architectures and interventions for transformation projects, considering interdependencies with other strategic initiatives at the client.
- Customer Interaction: Conduct interviews and workshops as part of change impact assessments with our clients. Present results focused on the affected stakeholder groups, processes, or business applications.
- Change Initiatives: Analyze stakeholder-specific change and training needs in preparation for transitioning to new operating models, processes, technologies, or working methods. Develop appropriate change initiatives and individual learning journeys to ensure the sustainable anchoring of the transformation at our clients.
- Business Development: Manage (sub-)projects or international programs for our clients, providing technical leadership to a team.
